Returns
• Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 0-14 days from the date of delivery.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the shipping container or propane tank must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when delivered. Items must also include all original documentation and packaging (if applicable).
• Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at [insert email/phone] with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Iron Box Supply will cover the return shipping fees.
• Inspection: Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return based on the condition of the item.
Refunds

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your shipping container or propane tank arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Non-Returnable Items
Customized shipping containers or propane tanks modified to your specifications are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
